Tsuku (plant) Feathered Smoothing Brush 15 cm
It is a nadebake brush that uses the fibers of the Tsuku plant. It uses long and stiff bristles and is characterized by its moderate flexibility and elasticity. This brush is used to remove air bubbles and to smooth down pasted paper. It is also called “kowabake” because it has hard bristles. It can be used for a wide variety of purposes, such as leather lining, top lining, mizuhiki (traditional Japanese decorative paper art), mounting, and fusuma (sliding panel coverings).
