PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A polysaccharide extracted from bacteria, capable of giving pseudoplastic gels stable up to 60°C. Vanzan NF-C gels strongly retain water and can be used for the cleaning of surfaces sensitive to water. The gels are more viscous than those obtainable with Klucel G or other celluloses.
