PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For dusts, vapours of solvents, acids, bases, etc. with output through flexible hose to the exterior environment. It is composed of:

– an electric fan with reverse blade (bent forward) centrifugal wheel, power 1.5 Hp – 1.1 kW – 2800 rpm – 230V, 50Hz single-phase, protection degree IP 55, statically balanced. Potential extraction rate 1100 m³/h;

– sliding soundproof box on wheels, two swivel with brakes, with moving handles, interior compartments for housing the powder filtering section and the gas filtering section, with expulsion connection; structure in epoxy-coated steel sheet, colour grey RAL 7032 and green RAL 6024 (front panel). Dim. 600x800xh1190 mm. Overall dim. 660x800xh1190 mm. Weight approx. 95 kg. Noise level 60 dB(A);

– main switch;

– electronic panel with ON / OFF buttons, hour counter and filter maintenance / replacement signal

– n. 01 activated charcoal filter series FCA, dim. 295x650x80 mm, composed of a support frame in galvanized plate with a protective net, containing 10 kg of activated charcoal in small cylinders, with the following specifications:
