Docursan 2: Disinfection Solution

Docursan2 is Tergeosan’s new range of climate control machines for the long-term preservation of audio, video, photography, artifacts and other protected materials.

Thanks to a combination of innovative technologies, Docursan2 is able to guarantee an optimal temperature and relative humidity for the protection of 5 major product classes.

Machines, with their preset programs, can maintain 1) Artistic works made of paper, papier-mâché, fine papers, tapestries and archival documents on paper or parchment, papyrus, manuscripts, printed volumes, philatelic collections; 2) Fabrics, veils, curtains, carpets, upholstery, tapestries, silk, costumes, dresses, religious garments, natural fiber materials, jute; 3) Book bindings containing leather or parchment; 4) Film, color photography and film, black and white photography; 5) Magnetic tapes (except computer tapes and video tapes).

Equipped with an additional program that is fully user-configurable, the machines also allow you to meet your more specific protection needs. In fact, temperature and humidity can be adjusted independently over a wide enough range to allow the conservation of artefacts that, due to their nature or state of preservation, may require special thermo-hygrometric conditions.

Available with storage cells in three different sizes and with different capacities, the Docursan2 series is characterized by a control panel that can be controlled with a 7-color touch screen and a PLC that continuously manages and analyzes temperature, relative humidity, weather conditions. ventilation through a system of probes and sensors that maintain the set data with absolute precision. Machines can also be controlled from PCs, laptops, smartphones and tablets and benefit from remote assistance and remote monitoring.
