Toothed canvas-stretching pliers for liners, which are specially devised to stretch large canvases when relining. Thanks to its toothed surface, the pliers CTS 1400 tighten the canvas in an easier way; the pressure on the canvas can be controlled by the regulating screw at the end of the handle.
