Atomizing System – Clam With Small Arm For Atomizing Nozzles
RODUCT DESCRIPTION A very simple and non-destructive way of cleaning stone surfaces is to use atomizing water which combines a good washing to the removal of soluble salts from surfaces. Water acts chemically by dissolving plaster and secondary calcite, the main binding materials of crusts, which can be thus easily removed. Air enhances the action of water particles making them smaller, improving their penetration into dirt and therefore their cleaning efficiency. The atomizing systems consume less water than the nebulization systems (without air). Another advantage, though secondary, is the physical cleaning produced by the atomizing of the droplets and by the water streaming over the surfaces of the artifact. Also drinking water can be used for this kind of cleaning interventions, but we always suggest to use deionized water (demineralized) in order to avoid the unwanted action of salts contained in the water. CTS atomizing system is composed of: – 1 atomizing group with air and water inlet, for four nozzles – 4 nozzle casings, in chromium-plated brass with double thickness – 4 medium nozzles with caps, in chromium-plated brass with double thickness – 1 water pressure regulator with manometer – 1 air pressure regulator with manometer – 1 silicone aerosol spray to protect metallic parts – various connection hose fittings
