The Sponge Eraser is a special cleaning tool activated by water, developed for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces. Although it is called a “sponge,” it actually functions as an eraser. Due to its lightweight structure (only 2 grams) and easy shapeability, it is frequently used in professional conservation work.

Usage Instructions

Before cleaning, moisten the sponge eraser slightly with clean water. The water helps the eraser adhere gently to the surface and effectively lift dirt. Apply by gently wiping the damp eraser over the surface.
After use, it can be rinsed under running water but should never be wrung out. Leave it to dry naturally; once dry, it is ready for reuse.
