The “Giotto” drop-back boxes are made of Duralong Wave archival micro-corrugated board, ideal for long-term horizontal or vertical storage. The drop spine allows safe insertion and removal of items and creates a micro-environment within the box, protecting contents from chemical-physical changes (dust, light, environmental pollutants). Extremely strong and rigid thanks to double-thickness walls on all sides of the base and lid. The innovative ultra-thin Velcro system (approx. 1.0 mm) allows quick and easy assembly. Upon request, a useful internal kit (Duralong Special board 1.4 mm and herringbone cotton tying tape) can be purchased to secure loose documents for safe vertical storage.
